What We Look For

For us it is important that applicants enjoy working in a team, demonstrate reliability and professionalism, are open to new experiences, show motivation and a friendly manner, and are willing to live and work on board for several months. Experience in gastronomy or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory for all positions.
